Acceptable Use Policy — AI-Generated Content

Last Updated: October 30, 2026

VividArt AI ("VividArt", "we", "the Platform") is committed to providing safe, lawful and responsible AI content-generation services. This Acceptable Use Policy ("this Policy") applies to all content generated, uploaded, published or stored through the Platform, and sets out our content standards, moderation practices, reporting channels and enforcement actions. Every user must comply with this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all content forms on the Platform: • Text: AI-generated text, dialogues and speech scripts. • Images: AI-generated or AI-edited images and illustrations, and images uploaded by users. • Audio / video: AI-synthesized voice, music and videos, including talking-photo and lip-sync outputs, and audio or video uploaded by users. • User inputs (prompts): every prompt, text and instruction submitted to the Platform.

2. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

The Platform prohibits using its services to generate any of the following six categories of content: 1. Adult / NSFW content. 2. Violent / gore content. 3. Hate speech. 4. Child unsafe content (CSAM). 5. Deepfakes / impersonation of real persons. 6. Content infringing copyright or trademarks. 2.1 Absolutely prohibited — zero tolerance. The following is acted on immediately upon discovery; we reserve the right to report it to the competent authorities: • Child sexual exploitation content (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors. • Content promoting or assisting terrorism, extremism or mass violence. • Instructions for manufacturing weapons of mass destruction. • Content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred. • Deepfake content targeting real individuals — including face-swapping, one-click undressing, intimate-scene synthesis, and synthesis of speech or behavior a real person did not perform or say — regardless of whether the depicted person consented. 2.2 Strictly restricted — subject to review: • Violent content: only with a clear creative or educational context. • Politically misleading content. • Medical / legal / financial advice: only in line with applicable regulations. 2.3 Generally prohibited conduct: • Generating or spreading false information or rumors. • Impersonating real individuals, brands or institutions. • Infringing intellectual property, likeness or privacy rights. • Presenting AI-generated content as human-made to deceive users. • Mass-producing spam or fraudulent content. • Jailbreak prompts designed to bypass the Platform's safety mechanisms. 2.4 Uploaded material of real people. You may upload photos, videos or voice recordings only of yourself, or of persons who have explicitly consented to the use of their likeness or voice. Uploading another person's photo, video or voice without their consent is prohibited. Before uploading you must confirm that the material is yours or authorized. Having consent does not permit generating the deepfake content prohibited in 2.1.

3. Content Moderation

VividArt operates a three-tier system: automated moderation, human review and periodic sampling. 3.1 Automated moderation (real-time). Every request and generated output passes through safety filters. • Input filtering: prompts are screened by a keyword blocklist, semantic review, processor-grade prompt-screening APIs (Waffo Prompt Screening and Creem Moderation) before any generation model is called. Screening fails closed — if a moderation service is unavailable the request is rejected rather than generated. • Output filtering: generation is executed only on models whose providers apply their own safety filters. • Usage-pattern analysis: abnormal call behavior is monitored. 3.2 Human review. Automatically flagged content and user reports are reviewed by our moderation team; reviewers complete content-safety training. 3.3 Periodic sampling and tuning. Random samples are reviewed monthly to improve filter accuracy. 3.4 Risk tiers. L1 Severe (child safety, terrorism): automatic interception + human confirmation → immediate ban + referral. L2 High risk: automatic flagging + priority review → removal + account suspension. L3 Medium risk: human review → warning + removal. L4 Low risk: report-triggered → warning + required edits.

4. Reporting Mechanism

4.1 What to report: • Content or conduct violating the standards of this Policy. • Severe violations involving child safety or terrorism. • AI impersonation or content infringing your own rights. 4.2 Reporting principles: • Confidentiality: reporter identities are kept strictly private. • Neutrality: every report is reviewed independently and objectively. • Abuse prevention: malicious or false reports are recorded and handled.

5. How to Report

We operate one staffed, monitored channel: • Report email: support@vividart.app — please include the content link or ID and the reason for your report. • Customer support: the same address, support@vividart.app. Every report receives an acknowledgment, is triaged into the L1–L4 tiers above, and is reviewed by a human moderator.

6. Response Times

• L1 severe: first response within 2 hours; action completed within 24 hours. • L2 high risk: first response within 24 hours; action completed within 3 working days. • L3 medium risk: first response within 3 working days; action completed within 7 working days. • L4 low risk: first response within 5 working days; action completed within 15 working days. Flow: report received (automatic acknowledgment) → triage (L1–L4) → automated + human review → decision → enforcement → outcome notice. If we need longer, we notify the reporter with reasons. Confirmed reports are re-reviewed within 48 hours as stated in our Terms of Service.

7. Enforcement Actions

1. Content warning — written warning, deletion or edits required: first minor violation. 2. Content removal — confirmed L3–L4 violations. 3. Feature restriction — lowered limits or model access: repeated minor or single L3 violations. 4. Account suspension — temporary, pending review: L2 or cumulative violations. 5. Permanent ban — termination of access without refund and forfeiture of remaining credits: L1 or repeated L2 violations. 6. Legal referral — reported to law enforcement with cooperation in investigation: suspected illegal L1 content.

8. Appeals

If you disagree with an enforcement action, submit an appeal to support@vividart.app within 15 days of the notice. Appeals are re-reviewed by a moderator who did not take the original decision, normally within 10 working days.

9. Transparency and Policy Changes

We give at least 15 days' notice of material changes to this Policy through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
